We run SEO, paid advertising, local SEO and content and email marketing for businesses that need measurable traffic and leads, not just activity — the same programme behind our SEO case study, where we agreed specific monthly targets with the client before any work started rather than promising vague growth.
Local search, specifically
For a business that lives on being found nearby, the three results above the map are effectively the whole page — everything under them gets a fraction of the clicks. Ranking there is a different job to ranking a page, and it’s mostly maintenance:
- Claiming and completing the Google Business Profile, then keeping it complete
- Citations and directory listings that agree with each other on name, address and phone — inconsistency is the usual reason a listing underperforms
- Replying to reviews, because an unanswered review is a signal too
- Photos, offers and posts often enough that the listing reads as live rather than abandoned
What we won’t promise
No one can guarantee a first-page ranking. An agency that does is either guessing or has a definition of “first page” it hasn’t shown you. What we do instead:
- Targets agreed before the work starts — specific and measurable, sized against your actual starting position and how competitive the terms are.
- Reporting against those targets, not a list of tasks completed. Activity is easy to produce and tells you nothing.
- A straight answer when something isn’t working. Some keywords aren’t worth the budget it would take to win them; some traffic problems are really conversion problems and a campaign won’t fix them.
Where the fix turns out to be structural rather than promotional — a site splitting its own search value across near-duplicate pages, or one too slow to hold the traffic it earns — that’s web & app development work, and we’ll say so rather than sell you a retainer.
What's included
How we scope this
Search engine optimisation
Keyword strategy, on-page fixes and technical SEO — restructuring what's splitting your search value across near-duplicate pages, not just adding more content on top.
Paid advertising
Google and Facebook Ads campaigns built around a specific conversion goal, not a budget to spend for its own sake.
Local SEO
Local pack visibility and citation work for businesses that live or die on being found nearby, not just found.
Social media marketing
Social presence run as part of the same strategy as the site and ads, not a separate account somebody checks once a week.
Content & email marketing
Content and email programmes built to keep organic traffic and leads growing month over month, not a one-off campaign.
Reporting against agreed targets
Specific, measurable targets set before the work starts and reported against every month — not a list of tasks completed, which is easy to produce and tells you nothing.
How we work
The process, in order
- 01
Audit
We review the current site, rankings and traffic sources before recommending a strategy, so the plan starts from what's actually happening, not a template.
- 02
Strategy
A keyword and channel plan sized to what's actually achievable, with targets agreed with you up front.
- 03
Execute
SEO fixes, paid campaigns and content or social programmes run together, not one after another.
- 04
Report
Regular reporting against the targets we agreed at the start, not a summary of activity for its own sake.
