Privacy policy
Netgen IT Solutions Private Limited (“we”, “us”) operates netgen.in. This policy covers what we collect from this website and why — not a full data-processing agreement for client engagements, which is handled separately per contract.
What we collect
Hosting logs. netgen.in is served from Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare’s infrastructure logs standard request data (IP address, browser type, timestamp) for every visit, for security and reliability. We don’t run any analytics or tracking script of our own on top of this — this site sets no cookies and loads no third-party fonts, scripts or trackers.
Form submissions. When our contact or job-application forms are live, submitting one sends us what you type into it — typically name, email, phone number, and a message or résumé for job applications. We use this only to respond to you or evaluate your application.
How we use it
To reply to enquiries, evaluate job applications, and keep the site running securely. We don’t sell or rent this information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Cloudflare, as our hosting provider, processes the request logs above as part of serving the site. Form submissions may pass through a third-party service we use to handle form processing; we’ll update this policy with specifics once that’s in place. We otherwise only share information if required by law.
Data retention
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry or process your application, and delete or anonymise them after that unless we have a reason to keep them longer (for example, an ongoing client relationship).
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@netgen.in.
Changes
We’ll update this page if what we collect or how we use it changes, and update the date at the top.
