These terms cover using the netgen.in website. They don’t cover the terms of a specific project or client engagement — those are agreed separately, in writing, before work starts.

Using this site

You’re welcome to browse this site and use the contact and job-application forms for their intended purpose — reaching us about work, or applying for a role. Don’t use the site to send spam, attempt to access data that isn’t yours, or interfere with how it runs.

Content and ownership

The text, design, case studies and other content on this site belong to Netgen IT Solutions Private Limited unless stated otherwise. You can read and share it; you can’t republish it as your own or use it to represent that we endorse you, without asking first.

No warranty

We keep this site accurate to the best of our knowledge, but it’s provided as-is. We don’t guarantee it’s error-free or uninterrupted, and content here (including case study figures) describes past work — it isn’t a guarantee of results for a future engagement.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Netgen IT Solutions isn’t liable for losses arising from your use of this website. This doesn’t limit liability under a signed client contract, which is governed by its own terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.
