This is the development half of our industrial training programme — the track for people who want to build the thing, not design it. It runs from our Shimla office on live client work, taught by the developers who ship it.
What each track actually covers
The three lengths aren’t the same course at different speeds. They stop at different places.
- Three months gets you to a working, responsive site you built yourself: HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals and responsive technique. That’s enough to be useful on front-end work and not enough to be a developer.
- Six months adds the stack: advanced JavaScript, React, Node.js, MongoDB and integrating against APIs. This is the track that maps most closely onto what we build for clients.
- Nine months covers front-end and back-end together, plus database design and enough DevOps to deploy something and keep it up. It’s the only one that leaves you able to take a project end to end.
The one- and two-day workshops sit outside all three — web security, performance and SEO for developers — and are open to people who aren’t on a track at all.
What we won’t claim
- Not a guaranteed job. Placement assistance means introductions and support through contacts we have. Anyone offering you a written job guarantee is selling something else.
- Not a substitute for a degree. This is practical training that runs alongside what you’re studying, not instead of it.
- Not finished until the work is. The certificate follows completed project work. If the build isn’t done, the course isn’t either.
If design is closer to what you want, the web designing track covers UI, UX and prototyping instead.

How we scope this
Beginner — 3 months
HTML and CSS, JavaScript fundamentals and responsive design, ending with a site you built rather than a certificate you sat through.
Advanced — 6 months
Advanced JavaScript, React, Node.js, MongoDB and API integration — the stack most of our own client work is actually built on.
Full stack — 9 months
Front-end and back-end together, database design and the DevOps basics needed to deploy and keep something running.
Specialist workshops — 1 to 2 days
Short, focused sessions on web security, performance optimisation and SEO for developers, open to people not on a full track.
Live client projects
You work on real builds under the developers who ship them, reviewed the same way their work is reviewed.
Certificate and placement assistance
A certificate on completed work, plus introductions through contacts the company actually has — which is help finding a job, not a guaranteed one.
How we work
The process, in order

Talk to us
Tell us what you've studied and what you want to build. There's no entrance test, and we'll say honestly which track fits.
- 02
Pick a track
Three, six or nine months, in the Kasumpati office or online, scheduled around a college timetable if you're studying.
- 03
Build
Live projects with a supervisor, code review, and the same standards our client work is held to.
- 04
Finish and certify
A certificate once the work is done, and placement support through our industry contacts.
